A Vision UnBoxed

In my short time being involved with Danda I have met many wonderful people and whilst each one was uniquely different from the other, many seemed to posses a gift, whether it be for trouble shooting, maths, people skills, writing, painting, music, comedy, science.....the list goes on!

I've read many incredible stories, seen beautiful artwork and sat through hilarious cutting edge comedy, all from what society views as “out of the box” thinkers.

All you have to do is look within the pages of Danda's focus newsletter and you'll see some of their work:

• And poems by the award winning war poet Peter Street.

At the last AGM I had the pleasure of meeting Peter Street. And it was during that meeting that Peter told me and other Danda members about his dream, or vision if you like, and that vision was to see a new arts forum for SpLDs .
