Takes your breath away,
this chunk of a rainbow
jagged eighty feet
 
up from the ground
in a car park
between two old bangers.
 
No breaks between the colours,
not even cracks,
or rips with rain pockets.
 
just a smooth chunk of rainbow
all the colours intact
for us to dip our fingers into.
