We recomend that you write a small intro (profile) about yourself and work to help visitors to this site understand you and your work a little more. This will be loaded as your main page where link to your works will be under your intro.

You can also submit a photo of yourself if you wish or we can just leave an ID icon in its place if you prefer (just say no profile photo)

Contact information; for feedback from visitors

If you wish to receive feedback on your work we recomend that you give an email address (NB*you will still need to give permission for us to use your email - we will not automatically add it to your profile unless you say so)

You can also give a web address too. This doesn't have to be for contact purposes it can just be used as another link to further work and info about yourself.

Anonimity;

Here at Dandarts we respect the artists right to remain anonymus and understand how fellow people with SpLD's can suffer from low self esteem and / or feel nervous about contact from the outside world. We hope all people with SpLD's will feel comfortable enough to share their gift / artform with us and you.

If you feel you do not want to give any contact details and / or profile we will respect that descision, and there are a number of ways this can be shown on the forum.

Firstly we can put the icon on the left on the profile page. We can also give a sudo name (given / chosen by yourself) and lastly we can give the dandafocus email as a contact to give feedback which we can pass on to you - HOWEVER, please note this will slow down the rsponse time for feedback if it has to be processed by a third party, so please only ask for this service if you really need it!

We can also put "No Feedback please" on your profile page if you prefer.

Submitting work, suggested formats and links to other sites;

Submittimg work;

Via email as an attachment or within the body of the email (literature).

Suggested formats;

We would request formats to be kept to the most popular kind;

• Word documents - for pasting content directly onto webpage
• Jpeg / Png- for paintings / drawings & photo's etc.
• adobe file - for larger written content - we will endevour to give a link to download the adobe application.
• Links only for video works please (eg.Utube)- this site cannot directly support these formats.

Links to other sites;

If you want us to place a link directly to your website without a profile we can do that too. If we receive these requests we will raise a new section "Links", which is were these will be places. We can still put your name in the subsection (catagory menu) wich will take visitors to the links page, this will enable them to asses what type of artform/s you create. 

NB* Work submitted will be placed as seen (not edited) unless otherwise requested and copy right is the artists responsibility.
